Just wanna take a second to brag about this man. I was stuck at the doctors office for three hours today and came home completely drained, exhausted and too tired to cook. I asked him to drive us through somewhere for dinner and he stopped playing his video game right away, helped me get my coat on, helped Layla in the car to join us, and off we went. I was feeling sick and not really in a mood to talk or laugh, but he kept dancing/singing silly and trying so hard to get me to crack a smile. I did within minutes, naturally. We aren’t perfect and don’t always put each other before ourselves at every single moment, but today he did when I REALLY needed him to and made me smile while he was at it. He always comes through for me.
