I did an engagement shoot yesterday with this lovely couple. It was -4 degrees, so we all felt like troopers freezing our butts off. Their story is quite interesting. Jenna, the soon-to-be bride, was inspired to do a long distance theme for their session, because most of their relationship has been spent apart. She got ideas for props off sessions she had seen on Pinterest (I’m pretty sure she got the paper plane idea off of your photos, N’tima) and made that banner herself. I love all my clients, but I really love the ones who get creative and are willing to incorporate props. He’s an Airman stationed here in Alaska and they are getting married in a little under 6 months and staying here where they can finally be together for good. This was definitely one of my favorite sessions and they were some of the nicest people I have met here!
